During the party, I will be looking for penguins with the best costumes, whether it is scary or goofy! The best costumes will be in a post and you guys will be able to vote on who has the best costume. The winner will receive a FREE Club Penguin Membership, so be sure to wear your best outfit to the party. Also, we will be having an equal amount of non-members and members chosen with the best outfits so it’s more fair.
