Citizens Stand Up To Villains
Club Penguin’s citizens have been standing up to more normal villains (without
super powers). With the help of normal citizens and the Club Penguin Police
Department (CPPD), most villains have been arrested and sent to the Club
Penguin Jail. Even though the crime report in Club Penguin was up by 5000% last
week, it is down 10% this week thanks to all you great citizens out there protecting
the island. Good job and keep up the good work so we can get Club Penguin back
to normal very soon!
